San Francisco – Los Angeles
Experience the Most Enchanting City in the West
Start your California vacation at picturesque San Francisco, the gateway to the West Coast. From the Golden Gate Bridge to Fisherman’s Wharf and Alcatraz, the legendary cable cars, the City by the Bay is a favorite for repeat travelers. Immerse yourself in the stunning views, world-famous cuisine, diverse neighborhoods and cosmopolitan amenities.
We’ll spend five nights in the City by the Bay, soaking up the unique culture and treasures of San Francisco. The city is also conveniently located near the many natural wonders of Northern California. The coast redwoods of Muir Woods are just across the bay, as well as the city of Sausalito. It’s an easy day trip to the wineries and resorts of Napa Valley. We’ll also spend a night at El Portal in Yosemite National Park, where you will be awed in the majesty of the waterfalls, mountains, and rugged cliffs surrounding the Yosemite Valley.

Branch Out to Los Angeles, San Diego, and Las Vegas
But San Francisco’s only half the fun! We’ll also visit the Grand Canyon, the Las Vegas Strip, the San Diego Zoo, Sunset Strip, and much more! Los Angeles is home to Hollywood, Venice Beach and Universal Studios. In San Diego, dine in the Gaslamp District or visit Balboa Park. The sparkling lights and entertainment venues in Las Vegas are without parallel!
Visitors flock to the San Francisco cable car system, the last manually operated system in the world. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the San Francisco cable cars and streetcars connect the downtown area at Union Square to Fisherman’s Wharf, Market Street, and the Embarcadero, providing easy access to intriguing destinations throughout the city.
Napa Valley is the ultimate U.S. wine destination! More than 500 wineries line the hillsides and valley of Napa Valley, where the perfect combination of soil, climate, and topography create one of the world’s top wine-producing regions. Whether you’re a wine connoisseur or a casual taster, you’ll enjoy the sights, smells, and flavors of a Napa Valley winery tour.
Few sights are as breathtaking as Half Dome, this towering granite formation at the eastern end of Yosemite Valley. One of the oldest national parks, Yosemite is internationally known for its clear lakes, towering mountains, waterfalls, and giant sequoia groves. More than five million travelers visit Yosemite National Park annually to enjoy the majestic beauty of the Yosemite Valley.
The entertainment never stops in Sin City USA, with casinos, nightclubs, high-stepping showgirls, and world-class musical acts. Fourteen of the 25 largest hotel, casino, and resort properties on the planet are located on the Las Vegas Strip. From Cirque du Soleil to Circus Circus, there’s always something to see and do in Las Vegas.
The Horseshoe Bend of the Colorado River is just one of the many not-to-be-missed sights in the Grand Canyon National Park region of Arizona. The Grand Canyon is surrounded by numerous smaller canyons, mountains, and rock formations that can be seen during our air and ground tours of the area.
The Southern California beaches of Los Angeles and San Diego are among the most often-photographed seascapes in the world. More than 800 miles of coastline comprise the Golden State’s Pacific Coast, providing everything from rugged rocky cliffs to smooth sandy surfaces ideal for sunbathing. Sand, sea, and surf create lush beaches that are a sun worshiper’s dreams come true.
