To confirm, please make reservation with passenger names, flight information and $300 non-refundable per person deposit. For packages with airfare, please send passenger's birthday. Package with food and wine pairing tour, passenger food allergy information is due within 7 days from making reservation. Remaining balance due is due 45 days from departure date. Non-payment by due date is considered cancellation. Cancellation charge is 100% of package price if cancellation is made within 45 days from departure. Once package is cancelled, there is no credit to future services. Package price is discounted based on direct deposit/bank wire transfer payment method. For credit card payment, there is 3% credit card processing fee for domestic credit card and 4% processing fee for international card.
Once full payment is received, detailed itinerary and service vouchers will be sent within 7 business days.

To qualify for senior and student discount, photo ID with birthday is required. 5% senior and student traveler discount is not available to Hawaii air & hotel package.
